JOB As a Sales Development Manager, you will oversee a team of 3 Business Development Reps with the goal of expanding the team as you grow in the role. You will be tasked with setting KPI's to hit objectives, partner closely with your reps to close business and serve as the driving force to unite sales and marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree
3+ years of Software Business development experience
1+ year of experience in a managerial role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience with BDR technologies such as LeadIQ, Outreach.io, Pardot, etc.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
