The founders are seeking top sales talent to join the inside sales team in their Portland, OR branch as the company continues to expand.
JOB
As a Client Services Representative, you will provide world-class support to incoming customer requests via email and phone, while resolving customer needs swiftly to deliver a positive customer experience. You will work with clients to understand their issues, coordinate internally in order to resolve customer concerns, and share common product use cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 18 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication
Intellectually curious with great listening skills
Experience in technical support or SaaS
Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects
