Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to Executive Leadership. 4. Ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases. 5. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities as required by the position. 6. Able to present the functional systems for the project in a way that a business stakeholder can understand, especially when the stakeholder does not understand the system functionality well. 7. Owns and manages all scope items. Drives through each requirement to ensure the technical teams understand them, are able to estimate against them, and can successfully deliver against them.

Other Required skills: 1. 2 Years of Previous government experience 2. Six Sigma, Lean or Equivalent Process Reengineering Certification 3. Prior experience with Jira software 4. Prior experience with Salesforce Public Sector product suite 5. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a strong Accounting emphasis, and solid experience with business applications.

Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Up to 100% remote in Wisconsin, but hybrid is an option.
