Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect (Hybrid – Dallas, TX or Fort Lauderdale, FL)
The Talent Source is partnering with a leading enterprise client to identify an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant / Solution Architect to guide the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native architecture for customer engagement and service platforms.
This hybrid contract role offers an opportunity to shape sustainable Salesforce and AWS architectures in a high-visibility enterprise environment.
Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll lead the end-to-end design and implementation of cloud-based customer service solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional business, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver platforms that drive operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.
You’ll be responsible for establishing a sustainable technical architecture that aligns technology design with business outcomes — ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and document end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and integrations.
Develop cloud-native, channel-agnostic solutions consumable across Web, Mobile, and Chat.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Developers to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Lead architecture reviews, establish standards, and provide technical oversight during implementation.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines, data models, and integration standards.
10+ years in enterprise architecture, including 5+ in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Deep understanding of Service Cloud platform design, configuration, and integration patterns.
Proven experience designing highly available cloud-native services (AWS preferred).
Knowledge of SAP S/4 and SAP Business Technology Platform integration (a plus).
Expertise in Domain-Driven Design, APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), Kafka/Pub-Sub, and security best practices.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
