    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, you will be focused on generating qualified sales opportunities for our client’s sales teams. You’ll work directly for our clients, guided by our team of Strategists/Client Managers to fulfill the cold calling function of our multi-channel sales development outreach. You’ll quickly gain robust experience selling into a variety of industries that would take years to achieve in a similar role.

    This is an entry-level position that is an outstanding career foundation with abundant opportunities for internal advancement. 27% of our SDRs were promoted in 2021 into roles including Leadership/Management, Onboarding, Account Executives, Sales Strategists, and Client Managers.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Work from the comfort of your own home

    • Study client companies/offerings and become a product expert

    • Complete 400-500 dials per day using our rapid dialing tools.

    • Build rapid rapport with prospects & present client value propositions

    • Handle prospect objections and answer high-level questions

    • Book meetings with qualified and interested prospects & handoff relationships to client sales reps

    • Complete daily progress reports & feedback for campaign improvement

     

    ABOUT YOU

    • You’re a self-starter. You can take direction & coaching but you’re also able to carve your own path.

    • You have professional experience and confidence on the phone

    • You have the ability to rapidly study a company and understand & communicate the value of what our clients are offering

    • Experience with Outbound B2B sales preferred

    • You’re meticulous with your time management

    • Strong relationship building ability

    • Career-Focused & motivated for success

    • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven role
