    We are well on our way, however, to get "there", we need your help.

    Salesmsg is currently hiring its first SDR which we believe will be a critical part of our Sales team and continued growth.

    This is not your typical SDR job where you phone in 50 dials and emails everyday. Each day will be different and you will provide major contributions to some of the most important customer facing parts of the business.

    On the front lines you will be a master of first impressions and a Swiss army knife who can manage inbound lead and customer flow via multiple channels, answer product related questions, provide demos, schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives, and even close some deals!

    / THE ROLE // ---------------------

    • Quickly respond to demo requests and free trial requests…like in under 5 minutes fast.
    • Manage inbound chat communications in a clear and professional manner
    • Reach out to cold leads we have in Hubspot and mine for gold
    • Understand who prospects are and where they are in their journey with us
    • Identify, contact, qualify, and schedule appointments for Account Executives
    • Assist companies who have started a free trial and help ensure their success.
    • Provide demos as needed
    • Accurately maintain CRM with activity and notes
    • Share back insights and learnings that you are capturing from prospect conversations
    • Continue to develop your skills as a Sales professional and industry expert
