Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments
- Strong client‑facing written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience
- Strong architectural and hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid‑to‑large enterprise clients
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have but not required!):
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect
- OmniStudio certifications or demonstrated advanced experience
- MuleSoft experience and/or certifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and modern DevOps tooling within Salesforce ecosystems
