    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate strategic goals into scalable and maintainable platform solutions. The Salesforce Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and partner with stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment between technology and organizational objectives.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, data modeling, and integration with external applications.

    • Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce development and configuration.

    • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

    • Oversee technical delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and security compliance across all Salesforce environments.

    • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange solutions to improve business efficiency.

    • Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts on architectural best practices.

    • Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT teams to align Salesforce strategy with broader organizational technology roadmaps.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect-level role.

    • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

    • Strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Experience with system integration using middleware, APIs, or ETL tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).

    • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) strongly preferred.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
