Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (SFDC BA)

Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support and improve our Salesforce platform. You’ll work with business teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and help deliver system enhancements that drive efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements

Translate needs into user stories and system changes

Support Salesforce configuration (fields, flows, reports)

Collaborate with admins/devs to implement solutions

Assist with testing, training, and user adoption

Help improve business processes and data quality

Support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning over the next 2–3 years

Qualifications:

2–6 years as a Business Analyst (Salesforce experience required)

Strong understanding of Salesforce features and tools

Good communication and documentation skills

Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Salesforce Admin certification is a plus

This is a remote position.
