    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable CRM solutions, leveraging AI capabilities, and enhancing customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

    · Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.

    · Develop custom components using (Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura)

    · Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation

    · Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

    · Leverage Einstein AI / Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement

    · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

    · Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

    · Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards

    Required Skills & Experience

    · Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

    · Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce & Salesforce Flows & automation tools

    · Proven experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI

    · Experience working with Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, automation)

    · Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture

    · Experience in Salesforce integrations

    · Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)

    • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments

    Nice to Have

    · Experience in Financial Services / Fintech domain

    · Knowledge of Omni-Channel routing, Service Console, and CRM analytics
