We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic enterprise team supporting high-impact projects in the public sector. This is a long-term W2 contract position based in Lansing, Michigan, with a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside within one hour of Lansing to be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and test scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
• Leverage Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and batch/scheduled classes to deliver robust platform customizations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SSO protocols.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, technical documentation, and collaborative delivery.
• Utilize DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to support CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute to deployment processes using ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.
• Optionally support or mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
• At least 1 year of experience with API integrations.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I and II).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
• ETL tool experience is a bonus.
• UI development experience (Bootstrap, LDS, AngularJS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Healthcare industry background is a plus.

Engagement Type: W2 Contract Only (no third party candidates please)

Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week (must be within 1 hour of Lansing)
