    Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to support business processes and improve user experiences. Will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices. Requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications that drive business value.

    This position requires a candidate to reside in the greater Indianapolis area and to be open to a hybrid working situation (on-site/remote)

    Required licenses or certifications:

    Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.

    Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

    Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    Create and customize objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and flows to support business automation

    Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems

    Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards

    Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems

    Perform unit testing and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

    Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and development activities

    Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and development tools

    Support Salesforce deployment processes using tools like Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DevOps platforms
