Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at GG Homes, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
- Component Development: Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components to enhance our Salesforce environment.
- System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Security Management: Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and maintain system health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce functionalities effectively.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize Salesforce processes and recommend best practices for scaling and performance.
Qualifications:
- Basic Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin Certification, Developer Platform Certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with additional CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry.
