Overview
We are seeking an onshore, mid-level Salesforce Developer to support projects. This role focuses on hands-on Salesforce development, working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Customize objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and Lightning pages
- Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with client teams
- Support deployments and post-release activities
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and automation
- Experience working directly with business users or client stakeholders
- Must be located in the United States and able to work US business hours
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience in a consulting or staff augmentation environment
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Git)
