Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Minimum 2 years developing solutions within Litify or another highly customized Salesforce application.
- Strong experience developing with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL
- SOSL
- Salesforce APIs
- Experience developing custom REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience designing custom objects, custom metadata, custom settings, and complex data models.
- Experience building asynchronous processes using Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and field-level security.
- Experience using Salesforce DX, Git, and modern source control practices.
- Experience deploying code using CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software design skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) in New York City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required Preferred Credential)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience developing within Litify in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with document management, telephony, accounting, or legal software platforms.
- Experience working with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.
- Experience participating in Salesforce implementations, large-scale migrations, or enterprise platform modernization projects.
- Experience leading Salesforce development projects and mentoring junior developers.
- Trailhead Superbadges and Advanced Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
