Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

ECI Configuration: Direct, hands-on experience configuring Einstein Conversation Insights within a Salesforce environment.

MS Teams Integration: Proven track record of successfully integrating ECI with Microsoft Teams for seamless data and voice capture.

Analytics Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in CRM Analytics (CRMA) to build dashboards and derive actionable insights from conversation data.

Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to navigate API nuances and permission sets required for third-party meeting platform integrations.
