Salesforce Development Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Visa: GC or US

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of project experience in the following areas:

● Salesforce Health Cloud ○ Must have experience working with Person Accounts and Care Plans

● Salesforce Code ○ Must have deep experience writing Apex code, including integrations ○ Must have deep experience writing Lightning Web Components

● Salesforce Integrations ○ Must have deep experience writing REST-based integrations

● Salesforce Flow ○ Must be able to describe complex Flows that they have created themselves

● Verbal and written communication skills ○ Must be able to explain complex, technical SF concepts to non-technical stakeholders and technical, non-Salesforce, staff

● Agile methodology ○ Must have experience estimating work in an Agile methodology ○ Must have familiarity with the standard Agile ceremonies ○ Must have familiarity with SAFe

Certifications ○ Salesforce Platform Developer 1 ● Experience Cloud development ● Highly motivated, self-starters capable of working independently and within a high-performance team ● Willing and able to handle basic requirements analysis and testing activities, including documentation ● 3rd-party Middleware integrations (Mulesoft, etc).

During the interviews, candidates will be expected to answer questions using real examples from their customer-facing projects.

● Candidates who do not answer questions with specific project-related examples will not be considered. We aren’t looking for people that have gone through SF trailheads and can talk about the requirements at a theoretical level.
