Palladin Technologies is a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions. We are headquartered in Atlanta but serve clients across North America, with plans for global expansion. We are currently seeking a talented Salesforce Managed Services Developer to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce platforms across multiple clients, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance.
As a Salesforce Managed Services Developer, you will collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and clients to develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong development skills, experience in Salesforce administration, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Support
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce platforms across multiple clients.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Custom Development and Enhancements
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and data models.
- Work on client-requested customizations and enhancements within the managed services agreements.
System Integration
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Perform data migrations and system integrations as needed.
Release Management
- Manage releases, deployments, and changes to Salesforce environments, ensuring best practices in version control, testing, and QA processes.
- Maintain sandbox environments and ensure smooth deployment of updates to production.
Client Engagement and Collaboration
- Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations for optimizing Salesforce implementations.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Generate reports on system performance, support activities, and client-requested enhancements.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security standards and compliance regulations.
- Perform regular security audits and implement necessary security measures.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Salesforce DX or Git.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified App Builder.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client environments and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment is a plus.
