Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Location: Malvern , PA

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

· 5-6 years of Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.

· Solid experience in design and development of email templates/HTML/CSS and integration.

· Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.

· Check and monitor the campaign delivery

· Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build

· Plan the training and grooming of the team

· Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with campaign objectives

· Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support

· Oversee the development of campaign technologies, subscription list process

· Providing training to the new joiners

· Quarterly basis suggesting best practices and recommendations

· Address any issues/ concerns related to Journey, Automation, Queries

· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the campaign build
