Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer

Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to support testing efforts across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce business processes. Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows

Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews

Ensure overall system quality and data integrity

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes

Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies

Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to test automation (not mandatory)

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain

Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Salesforce certifications
