Must possess a computer science or IT related bachelor’s degree.
Must have at least seven (7) years of experience in planning, documenting, and implementing test strategies for products / projects for systems that, at a minimum has a thousand (1000) internal users and more than one million (1m) registered external users OR a public portal serving cities, counties, and/or states with populations over a million.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in leading and executing both manual and automated integration, system, and performance testing activities, and supporting / coordinating user acceptance testing.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing quality assurance support for the vendor’s automation testing efforts, including reviewing scripts, assessing automation environments, and validating test results.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in maintaining non-production test environments for Development and coordination of test data; Data refreshes in test environments and Release management and release coordination into test environments.
Must have experience testing applications built on Salesforce
Must have led ONE Salesforce project for a public sector client
