    SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYSTS (multiple openings) (SBA-24)

    Analyze computer systems and business processes within Salesforce platform. Confer with stakeholders to gather, analyze and define business requirements. Design and implement business solutions on Salesforce.com platform. Perform gap analysis and monitor system performance. Collaborate with team members to design solutions that will meet clients business requirements. Collaborate with developers to test and verify developed solutions. Develop user stories and to-be process flow diagrams to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions. Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce or cloud-based technologies. Perform regression, user acceptance, functional, integration and smoke testing. Troubleshoot system problems, track bugs, generate reports, prepare training manuals, participate in key meetings, provide end user support, etc.

    ***REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Science or related fields and minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in business systems or Salesforce development/administration using Salesforce.com, Apex, Salesforce App Exchange, Visual Force, JavaScript, required. Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in US required.
