Salesforce SaaS Platform Administrator

Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. • Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes. • Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions. • Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation. • Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns. • Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials. • Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards. • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices. • Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues. • Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. • Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
