The Salesforce Senior Project Manager will guide teams in planning and executing transformative technologies that solve real-world business problems with strong business principles. This role leads teams in a collaborative environment, overseeing the creation of the Salesforce experience using established processes and services. The Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution with internal creative and development teams to ensure delivery of tangible value.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and control complex Salesforce projects using established project methodologies to achieve successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, adapting as needed while aligning with key internal and external stakeholders on goals, objectives, and deliverables
Maintain proactive, clear, and strategic communication with clients to support effective project delivery
Lead team and client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability
Provide daily task coordination, action tracking, and project evaluation
Use data to measure progress and provide transparency to project teams
Coach clients on Agile practices and select appropriate Agile frameworks
Use strong decision-making to mitigate risk and reduce uncertainty while identifying new and innovative ways to achieve results
Implement streamlined, effective processes through change management
Mentor and train entry-level team members and support interviewing and onboarding for new Project Managers
Serve as an innovative thought leader, contributing to departmental growth through knowledge sharing and alignment with market trends
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-focused project management
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with Agile teams
Experience managing and forecasting budgets
Salesforce experience highly preferred
Certifications in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management highly preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
Strong attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Experience building and maintaining project plans from inception to completion
Proven success leading multiple enterprise strategic projects end-to-end
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
Strong organizational, multitasking, facilitation, and time-management abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across varying work styles
Ability to collaborate effectively and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The wage range for this role takes into account multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. This range does not include geographic differentials. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top of the range. A reasonable estimate for this position is $102,400.00 – $204,100.00 per year.
