    Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to work for our company.

    Summary
    • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
    • Client Agency is the Customs & Border Protection
    • Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
    • Works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Expected to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
    • Possess deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
    • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Establish enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Lead platform modernization, technical roadmaps, and capability evolution.
    • Develop and Implement FinOps and Cost Optimization strategies.
    • Develops and Implements Governance and Stakeholder Engagement strategies
    Requirements
    • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
    • 8+ years of experience in an IT-related field.
    • Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Must have a bachelor's degree.
    • Must have strong communication skills.
