Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer Contract - (Lowell, Massachusetts) (Remote)

Required:

5+ years Salesforce development experience

Strong Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)

Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP)

Hands-on with Lightning components, flows, process automation

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model

Experience with Git/GitHub and version-controlled deployments

Ability to design technical solutions based on business requirements

Good understanding of security model, roles, profiles, permission sets

Ability to troubleshoot performance and integration issues

Preferred Skills

7–10+ years Salesforce experience

Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Integration Architect, Application Architect, System Architect)

Experience in Higher Education domain (Slate, TargetX, EDA, Marketing Cloud interactions)

Experience designing event-driven architecture

Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python (for dashboards & reporting)

Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset

Experience in Marketing Cloud data model

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams

Specific Skills:

Salesforce Apex development

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Integration architecture (REST/SOAP, APIs)

Event-driven design (Platform Events, CDC)

Salesforce security & governance

Git/GitHub, VS Code

BI/reporting experience (Tableau/Snowflake)

FormAssembly configuration
