    SOAZ - Req# 8380 - AZDES - DTS - Salesforce Technical Business Analyst (Local Only/Hybrid) Location: 1400 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ, 85012 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (40 Hours/Week)

    The Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that align with strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and technical skills to drive effective Salesforce integration and process improvement across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.

    Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate with developers for scalable implementations.

    Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

    Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements leveraging Salesforce tools and capabilities.

    Support configuration, testing, and validation of Salesforce features (objects, workflows, rules, and reports).

    Manage Salesforce-related projects and enhancements with attention to scope, timeline, and quality.

    Develop process documentation, data maps, and detailed workflow diagrams.

    Conduct user training and assist in change management and adoption efforts.

    Stay current on Salesforce updates and recommend platform best practices.

    Required Skills

    5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

    Experience with API integration

    Hands-on Data Migration expertise

    Strong background in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

    Preferred Skills

    Collections/Payments domain experience

    Salesforce Certification

    Scrum or SaFE Certification
