Technical Leadership Guide development teams| mentor junior staff| enforce coding standards| and ensure best practices.

Solution Architecture Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Service Cloud| Experience Cloud) that align with business goals and platform capabilities.

Integration Design Define and implement integration strategies (APIs| middleware| point-to-point) for connecting Salesforce with external systems.

Development Oversight Oversee complex customization using Apex| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| Visualforce| and automation tools (Flow| Process Builder).

Data Management Lead data migration strategies and ensure data governance| quality| and integrity.

Stakeholder Collaboration Work with business analysts| architects| and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Quality Performance Conduct code reviews| unit testing| performance optimization| and root cause analysis for issues.
