    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Java development experience to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and maintainable solutions, integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using Java and APIs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Java.

    Integrate Salesforce with external systems and services using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

    Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

    Develop and maintain custom Java applications that interact with Salesforce.

    Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

    Implement best practices for code management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

    Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Architects, and QA teams during the software development lifecycle.

    Provide technical documentation and end-user support.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Salesforce – Must possess Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Platform App builder, Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

    MuleSoft - Must Possess MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect

    7+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).

    9+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

    Experience integrating Salesforce with Java-based systems via APIs.

    Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

    Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and proficiency in writing SOQL, SOSL queries.

    Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

    Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

    3+ years of experience performing data integration or exposing IBM mainframe data to SaaS, PaaS, or client-server applications for OLTP and batch purposes.

    5+ years of experience within the last ten (10) years developing and optimizing ETL processes using tools for enterprise data integration in the public sector; preferred to have migrated 1 billion records to Salesforce platform.

    Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

    Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft is a must.

    Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

    Knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
