Position OverviewWe are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, initiating outreach, and converting prospects into clients. This is a pure hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and isn’t afraid to hit the pavement, pick up the phone, or present at industry events.
Year 1 earning potential is approximately $150K+ for highly driven individuals.

Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
Pitch offshore staffing solutions and explain our value proposition
Attend trade shows and events to build relationships and promote the brand
Manage your own sales pipeline and drive deals through to close
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
High energy, competitive nature, and strong work ethic
Comfort in a high-activity, self-driven sales role
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed
Uncapped commission with realistic earning potential of $150K+ in Year 1
Ability to sell a solution that directly saves companies money
