    Position Overview

    We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, initiating outreach, and converting prospects into clients. This is a pure hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and isn’t afraid to hit the pavement, pick up the phone, or present at industry events.

    Year 1 earning potential is approximately $150K+ for highly driven individuals.

    You are hungry, persistent, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You know how to hustle, engage decision-makers, and sell a clear value proposition. You’re a natural closer who can turn conversations into revenue.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities

    • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking

    • Pitch offshore staffing solutions and explain our value proposition

    • Attend trade shows and events to build relationships and promote the brand

    • Manage your own sales pipeline and drive deals through to close

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

    Qualifications (Must-Haves)
    • Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills

    • High energy, competitive nature, and strong work ethic

    • Comfort in a high-activity, self-driven sales role

    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed
