Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, driven sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for connecting with business owners, understanding their funding needs, and matching them with the right financing solutions from our network of lenders.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and contact small business owners through calls, emails, and social media
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify client needs and present tailored funding solutions
Submit deals to underwriting and work closely with funders to close deals
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and sales skills (phone sales experience a plus)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Prior experience in MCA or B2B sales is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based
Earn a percentage of funded deals – no cap on earnings
