    Role Description

    Apartment Engagement - In Person apartment engaging to promote Valet Away and its services.

    Prospect & Qualify Leads – Research and identify apartment communities and property managements who would need our assistance . Identify key decision makers and start conversations.

    Outbound Outreach – Cold calls, send emails, follow ups, walk-ins in to properties to connect with potential clients & partners.

    Schedule & Run Follow-Ups – Maintain a regular follow-up cadence with existing prospects. Re-engage cold leads. Track contract & satisfaction

    **CRM understanding & knowledge **– Accurately input notes, status updates, objections, contract timelines, and key data into our CRM (we're detail freaks about follow-up).

    Document & Share Client Insights – Take good notes on what works, what doesn’t, client pain points, objections, and success stories.

    **In-Person Sales & Networking **– Meet managers on-site, drop off materials, tour properties, attend local industry events (apartment associations, mixers, etc.).

    Collaborate with Ownership – Work closely with us to improve the outreach processes, proposals, and offerings. Your ideas are welcome here.

    Drive Growth & Be Proactive – Your goal is to identify communities & managements in need and reach out, and build your career as a sales leader in a growing company.

    Qualifications

    • Proven skills in Sales, Relationship Building, and Negotiation
    • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Active Listening skills
    • Organized, you love taking notes, tracking leads, following up, and living in the CRM.
    • Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and close sales
    • Knowledge of Customer Service and Problem solving techniques
    • Experience or familiarity with the property management, B2B, or waste management industry is a plus
    • A self starter who thrives on accountability, sets your own pace, and follows up like clockwork.
    • Willingness to work on-site in Vancouver, WA and travel locally for client meetings
