We are seeking a motivated sales professional to sell residential tree work and oversee projects from estimate to completion.

What You’ll Do:

Estimate and Sell residential tree work services

Ensure jobs are completed to client expectations and company standards

Provide timely, professional estimates to customers

Identify hazards, and price jobs accurately

Create clear, detailed work orders to communicate job scope to tree crews

Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through consistent follow‑up

Proactively seek new business through referrals, networking, and outreach

Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job site

Represent the company with integrity while helping meet sales goals and grow the business

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

Must be dependable and show up on time consistently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to understand and communicate tree care needs

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

Experience in the tree service industry

College degree

ISA Certification

Pesticide Applicator License
