    Job description: Salesperson Job Type: Full Time

    A day in the life…

    • Greets and interacts with customers.

    • Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.

    • Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.

    • Ensures sales areas are kept neat, clean, dusted, and in the correct place.

    • Ensures merchandise has proper tags and labeling.

    • Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and places special orders.

    • Ensures back stock is kept neat and orderly, checked, and stocked daily.

    • Maintains end caps and rotates end cap merchandise regularly.

    • Processes returns and exchanges.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
