    As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-end hotels, restaurants, grocery, convenience and boutique retailers in Connecticut. You will introduce our exceptional bottled selections and other products, educate clients, and secure sales opportunities.

    ** Key Responsibilities:**

    • ** Business Development:**
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the hospitality and retail sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel beverage directors, restaurant owners, and retail buyers.
    • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote our tea, beverage and pantry offerings.
    • ** Sales Execution:**
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
    • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • ** Client Education and Training:**
    • Conduct tea tastings and educational sessions to educate clients on the history, flavors, and brewing techniques of our teas.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure optimal product usage.
    • ** Market Analysis:**
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong knowledge of the Connecticut hospitality and retail market.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in sales CRM software.
