Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Sales Team Member to join our growing crew. This role isn’t just about selling—it’s about serving: listening well, understanding homeowners’ needs, and helping them find the best solution for their home and family. You'll meet with customers at their homes or in our showroom, provide clear product information, generate detailed estimates, and guide them through the decision-making process with care and honesty.
You'll also contribute to refining our sales systems, support fellow team members, and embrace the flexibility required in a growing business. This position requires someone who can take personal ownership, stay organized, and thrive in a supportive, faith-rooted culture.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to discuss window, door, and exterior product options
Provide honest, accurate estimates and help clients make informed decisions
Follow up on leads and generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals
Maintain accurate sales documentation and pipeline updates
Participate in team meetings to share insights and help improve our processes
Represent ClearView with professionalism, warmth, and integrity in every interaction
What We're Looking For

Personally responsible and self-motivated, with a commitment to doing what’s right
5+ years of sales and customer relationship experience preferred
Familiarity with home improvement products (windows, doors, siding, etc.) is a plus
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or MarketSharp) and basic Microsoft tools
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
