DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is looking for a full-time Salesperson / Kitchen and Bath Designer who is creative, passionate, and experienced. If you want to work for a company that celebrates your accomplishments, offers work/life balance, and fosters a supportive team environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, with potential earnings of $50,000–$140,000+ per year depending on performance. We provide great benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, supplemental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a hybrid work environment, on-the-job training, and employee appreciation events and team-building activities.

We are a design-to-build interior remodeling company serving the Ann Arbor area since 2003. From initial design to final construction, we handle projects with our in-house construction teams, maintaining efficient timelines while delivering beautiful results. Our goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and appreciated, and where they can build long-term careers.

As a Salesperson / Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will design and coordinate projects, working closely with clients and suppliers to bring visions to life. You’ll manage documents, estimates, and materials, and travel to job sites to measure, evaluate, and close projects. You’ll also provide exceptional client service while guiding customers through their design choices.

We are looking for candidates with experience in ProKitchen or 20/20 software, an associate degree or relevant work experience, 3D visualization and spatial planning skills, solid computer knowledge, and the ability to travel locally (mileage reimbursed). Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree and intermediate MS Office Suite skills.

If you are eager to learn, think creatively, and provide excellent service, and if you can commit to your team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Apply now!
