This role offers significant earning potential: good salespeople can expect to earn at least $60,000 annually, great salespeople will earn at least $75,000, and phenomenal salespeople can exceed $100,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, with a proven ability to deeply understand prospects' needs while maintaining excellent customer service. • A background in selling high-value tangible items or financial/professional services using a consultative approach is essential. You should be comfortable with metrics and able to accurately discuss scorekeeping, transparency, and accountability. • Finally, you must demonstrate practical experience that allows you to relate to clients, who are often dealing with complex and personal matters. Qualifications: • You will meet with Potential New Clients by video conferencing, telephone, and in person to help them find clarity about their situation, educate them about their options, and make the best decision for their future. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVING LEGAL ADVICE! • You will conduct meetings pursuant to office procedures to help bring new qualified cases into the firm. You will follow up with potential clients pursuant to the office procedure. • You are a fast learner and will go through intensive training on all aspects of family law. • You will become informed and be respectful of the bar rules of ethics and professionalism, with special emphasis on the definition of providing legal services. • You will work with a team of "client intake specialists" and meet regularly with them to help them improve the process. • You will be responsible for ensuring that the new clients are prepared for a successful start to their case by sending them pre-conditioning materials. • Keeping detailed notes in a central database documenting all contacts with the prospective new client, both before, during, and after the meeting (including all follow-up attempts). • You will facilitate a professional introduction (“hand-off”) to the legal team for every new client. • You will engage in marketing and outreach efforts to help promote the services we provide. You will join a local BNI group (1 early morning meeting per week) and promote our law firm’s services. • You will meet with potential referral sources to learn about their services (approximately 2 meetings per week). • You will help the Firm Owner book speaking engagements to explain our firm's family law services.
