    Sales Representative — Freight Forwarding / SaaS (Commission-Only to Start)

    We combine competitive freight services with real-time tracking, data transparency, and automated workflow technology.

    We’re looking for a driven self-starter who is hungry to grow — someone who’s frustrated with the traditional freight-forwarding space and ready to do things differently.

    ✅ What You’ll Do

    • Develop and manage your own book of business

    • Leverage relationships and introduce clients to Transship’s freight + visibility platform

    • Sell both traditional forwarding services and our SaaS visibility tools

    • Maintain relationships with shippers and decision-makers

    • Help influence our sales playbook and future team structure

    ✅ Compensation

    Commission-only to start.
    We want to be upfront — this role is best for someone who already has industry contacts and wants to immediately monetize their network.
    As we scale, base-plus-commission will be considered , with long-term career path opportunities.
