Flooring Sales Representative – Carpet & Tile

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated sales associate for our established flooring business. This role involves both walk-in and self-generated sales opportunities from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain your own clientele

Assist walk-in customers

Manage sales from initial contact through completion

Provide customer service, place orders, and support showroom upkeep/merchandising

Requirements:

2 years previous flooring sales experience

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and comfortable generating sales opportunities

Knowledge of flooring products required

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission
