    Location: Wayne, NJ
    Salary: $65,000–$110,000 base plus commission (based on experience)
    Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

    Position Overview

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our Wholesale & Marketplace Division. The must-haves include strong communication skills, sales drive, and a growth mindset. You will work closely with wholesale partners, distributors, and marketplace teams to expand sales channels, build relationships, and exceed revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and marketplace representatives
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
    • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools or other systems
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
    • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team
    • Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking systems
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership
    • Ability to travel and work extended hours when required
