Job Description
Perform and support Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Fielding Plan analysis and evaluation, in collaboration with IDs
Use Government Furnished Information (GFI) and approved analysis and design products develop Interactive Courseware (ICW) according to the RRL/Sailor 2025 standards
Possess thorough competence in the subject area of the operation or maintenance of combat surface ships
Recommend content topics, sequence for presenting topics, and activities based on objectives and updates
Verify and ensure the technical and operational accuracy of the GFI and other subject matter information sources as required
Advise the NAWC TSD development team of enhancements to curriculum, elements that may be confusing or difficult, and new performance techniques or resources
Ability to work in a production driven environment and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with the NAWC TSD development team
Assist in the planning and development of curriculum by providing consistent, well written, and technically accurate RRL/Sailor 2025 ICW course information material
Work as a NAWC TSD courseware development team member and attend working group meetings and conferences as required.
