Job Description

he ideal candidate will be responsible for developing databases to support the SharePoint site(s) for certificate requests.

Producing top quality products within given timeframes for the customer is vital.   Primary duties of the Systems Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Systems Engineer and SharePoint Engineer on solution implementation
• Integrate solution with customer's ServiceNow instance
• Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations
• Formulate relationships of trust with customer, stakeholders and team members

Required Qualifications

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility on Day 1
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience (or commensurate experience)
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
• Experience with SQL Server 2016 and 2019
• Experience with ServiceNow (version Jakarta or later)
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and later
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
• Dependable and flexible when necessary

Desired Qualifications

• MCSE or equivalent certification
• DevOps experience
