About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist stylists and colorists with client services including shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing

Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional salon experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations, tools, and common areas

Mix and apply hair color under stylist supervision

Manage product inventory and restock supplies as needed

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle front desk duties

Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth salon operations

Requirements:

Passion for the beauty and hair care industry

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced salon environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Cosmetology school enrollment or completion is a plus

Prior salon or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
