Job Summary

As the Salon Floor leader, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for increasing daily revenue, enforcing accountability, and coaching the team in real time responsible to reaching business monthly goals. Fixed base pay $3,000 monthly plus 35% commission plus performance bonus Total potential $4,000-$5,500 monthly

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the salon

Hire, train, and supervise beauticians

Create employee schedules

Order products and maintain inventory

Qualifications (NON NEGOTIABLE)

5 years as a hairstylist

3 -5 years in a leadership or senior role

Managed or Mentored other stylist

Experience in a fast or slow paced salon
