Blowology Dry Bar in San Francisco, CA is looking for a passionate and driven Salon Floor Team Leader to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to lead a talented crew of stylists in a fun, fast-paced blowout-focused environment where great hair and great vibes are always on the menu. Responsibilities:

Lead and support the salon floor team during daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to stylists and front desk staff

Monitor floor performance, manage scheduling flow, and optimize team productivity

Deliver professional blowout services and uphold Blowology's signature style standards

Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and care

Assist management with onboarding, training, and development of new team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked salon floor at all times

Requirements:

Valid California Cosmetology License required

2+ years of experience in a salon or blowout bar environment

Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred

Strong blowout and styling technique skills across all hair types

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced salon setting
