Responsibilities: • Engage in continuous learning through workshops and training sessions to enhance skills • Listen attentively to any feedback or concerns, taking immediate steps to rectify them • Craft tailored hairstyles by cutting, coloring, or styling based on individual preferences • Ensure a pristine work environment by sanitizing tools and maintaining an organized station • Greet clients warmly upon arrival, setting the stage for a relaxing salon experience Qualifications: • Familiarity with a diverse range of hair tools and products • Endurance to stand for extended hours during appointments • Effective and clear communication skills • We value at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the beauty industry • Valid cosmetology or barber license Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
