    Salon Manager – European Tan (Sun Spa Leader in Utah) Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Type: Full-Time (30-34 hours/week including rotating weekends)

    About the Role This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role designed for someone who is energized by a fast-paced environment and passionate about personal development, healthy living, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales leadership role, thrives in a service-based business, and understands how to lead a team toward consistent results. In this role, you’ll oversee daily salon operations, coach and develop service associates, and drive team performance through sales coaching, hands-on leadership, and a shared commitment to excellence in one of the fastest growing industries-- LIGHT THERAPY!

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and Motivate Staff: Set the tone for professionalism, service, and team culture.

    Coach and Develop: Support hiring, onboarding, and training. Conduct monthly reviews to encourage growth.

    Drive Sales Performance: Set goals, coach on memberships and service upgrades, and create a results-driven culture.

    Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations, cleanliness, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

    Support Scheduling: Maintain appropriate staffing levels and assist with shift coverage as needed.

    Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

    Promote the Brand: Assist with in-store promotions and support basic social media efforts.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, salon, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred)

    Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

    Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

    Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency

    High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

    Available to work 32–36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

    Reliable, dependable, and enthusiastic about consistent performance
