We are seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Salon Manager who thrives in leadership, loves developing people, and understands how to drive performance through culture, systems, and accountability.

What You’ll Lead

As Salon Manager, you are the operational and cultural heartbeat of the salon. You will:

Drive daily operations with precision and excellence

Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-tier beauty professionals

Coach and mentor team members to hit service and retail goals

Build strategic schedules that maximize productivity and profitability

Oversee inventory management and retail performance

Maintain high standards of sanitation, sustainability, and guest experience

Track KPIs (retention, pre-booking, retail %, productivity)

Ensure equipment maintenance and operational efficiency

Protect and elevate the Head Case brand in the community

Cosmetology license preferred but not required. Leadership capability matters most.
