Super Cuts/Cost Cutters Family Salons in the Omaha Area is looking for an energetic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our talented team of hair professionals! Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and staff

Recruit, train, and mentor hair stylists and salon associates to deliver consistent, high-quality services

Monitor and drive salon performance metrics including sales goals, client retention, and productivity

Manage scheduling, training, and inventory to maintain optimal staffing and supply levels.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution to maintain outstanding client satisfaction

Implement promotional strategies and upsell retail hair care products to boost revenue

Requirements:

Active Nebraska Cosmetology License required

2+ years of experience in a salon management or supervisory role preferred

Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with salon scheduling software and point-of-sale systems a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
